Initial planning, leadership formation, system review, and scoping meetings.
Phase 2: Development (Active)
Configuration, technical integration, data analysis, and establishing support structure.
Phase 3: Training & Pilot (Upcoming)
Canvas Champion training, faculty & staff onboarding, and pilot courses.
Phase 4: Full Transition (Future)
Blackboard sunset and Canvas becomes the primary Learning Management System for the CSU Pueblo campus.
