Complete Your Application

After submitting your application, send any required documents as soon as possible so the Admissions team can review your file.

High School Transcripts

Your high school guidance counselor or school official may submit official transcripts directly to CSU Pueblo.

  • Email official transcripts to info@csupueblo.edu.
  • Mail official transcripts to CSU Pueblo, Office of Admissions, 2200 Bonforte Blvd., ADM 201, Pueblo, CO 81001.
  • Request transcripts through Naviance using CSU Pueblo code 4611.
  • Request transcripts through Parchment using CSU Pueblo code 001365.
  • Hand-deliver an official transcript in a sealed envelope marked official by your high school.

College & International Transcripts

Transfer, second bachelor's, and graduate applicants must submit official college transcripts from every institution of higher learning attended.

First-year students who earned college credit through concurrent enrollment must also provide official college transcripts.

  • Request official transcripts through Parchment using code 001365.
  • Use National Student Clearinghouse or another transcript service and send transcripts to info@csupueblo.edu.
  • Do not send transcripts to Colorado State University or CSU Global.
Important: Students are not permitted to upload their own transcripts into the application.

Students with non-U.S. transcripts should review the International Students admissions information .

Test Scores & CSU Pueblo Codes

Official ACT or SAT scores are optional for undergraduate admission. Scores may still be used for course placement and may be considered for Merit Scholarships for eligible first-year students.
