First-Year Student Admissions

Start Your First Year at CSU Pueblo

Apply as a first-year student if you are graduating from high school, have earned a GED, or have not attended college after high school graduation.

Your First Step Toward Becoming a ThunderWolf

CSU Pueblo welcomes students who are ready to begin their college journey in a supportive, affordable, and student-centered community. Use the checklist below to prepare your application and understand what happens after admission.

Who Should Apply as a First-Year Student?

You should apply as a first-year student if you are currently in high school, recently graduated from high school, earned a GED, or have not enrolled in college after completing high school.

Students who earned college credit while in high school are still considered first-year students when applying to CSU Pueblo.
