Status & Findings Definitions

CSU Pueblo Campus Safety and Student Conduct maintains hazing transparency records in accordance with the Stop Campus Hazing Act (SCHA) and the Clery Act. Hazing findings that result in sanctions remain publicly posted for five years from the date of final determination.

If you need additional information regarding historical hazing reports, please contact Campus Safety or the Student Resolution Center. Please allow up to three business days for processing record requests.

Active Investigation

The reported hazing allegation is currently under review or investigation by the appropriate university office.

Unfounded

The allegation was investigated and determined to be false or baseless. No policy violation occurred.

Closed: Policy Violation Found

The investigation determined that hazing occurred in violation of university policy. Sanctions have been issued.

Closed: No Policy Violation

The investigation concluded that the reported conduct did not meet the definition of hazing under university policy.

Closed: Referred to Student Conduct

The matter has been referred to the Student Resolution Center or appropriate disciplinary body for adjudication under the Student Code of Conduct.

Closed: Reclassified

The original report classification has been updated to accurately reflect the findings of the investigation.
