Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative (COSI)
COSI Achieve
The COSI (Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative) Achieve scholarship program combines financial support with holistic support services to ensure students are successful in completing their certificate or bachelor's degree. COSI Achieve aims to address and overcome barriers to enrollment, ensure progress and retention, and guide students to the successful completion of their bachelor's degree. The scholarship award is up to $2,000 each year, awarded as $1000/semester (Fall and Spring only).
We are targeting reengaged students who have some college but have not yet completed their first bachelor's degree. We will have a cohort of 150 students each year who will need to complete a bachelor's degree by or before the Spring 2030 semester. We have four years of funding beginning in Fall 2026.
The eligibility requirements for the COSI Achieve program are:- Colorado residency
- Enrollment at Colorado State University Pueblo
- Undergraduate student status, completing first bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated financial need by qualifying for 250% of Pell eligible
