Work Order Request
For Emergency Situations:
In an emergency facilities situation, you need to contact us immediately.
During business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), call 719.549.2602 to report the emergency.
After hours, contact the RA on-call of your building or go the front desk.
Emergencies include, but are not limited to:
- Running water: overflowing onto the floor or causing damage
- Electrical Issues: sparks, loss of all room lighting/power
- Heating/AC Issues: Temperature outside of comfort zone (68°F - 78°F)
- Safety Concerns: Broken window, unsecured door
