Returning Residents Reapplication

Reapplication for Fall 2026/Spring 2027 opens on November 1, 2025! Begin your application and sign your agreement so that you are ready for room selection!

1. Log into your PAWS account.
2. Select "Housing" and then select the "Housing Application" - the Housing Portal will open.
3. Login to the Housing Portal by selecting "Student Login"
4. Select "Housing Application" and then the 2026-2027 Academic Year term.
5. Proceed through the application and read it thoroughly. 
6. Room selection timeframes are determined by your completed hours, GPA, and current location. See below. 

Reminder

If you graduated high school in May 2025 or after (regardless of current hours), you are REQUIRED to live on campus for your second year.

Returner Room Selection Timeline

• This timeline is for the 2026-2027 Academic Year.
• All room selection timeframes will open and close at 5:00 p.m. MST.
• March 5-7: Current Greenhorn/Walking Stick Apartment residents (with a 2.7+ cumulative GPA) can renew their room for next year.
• March 9-11: Current Greenhorn/Walking Stick Apartment residents (with a 2.7+ cumulative GPA) can select a room within the same building/area.
• March 12-14: Residents with over 59 credit hours completed (Graduates, Seniors, and Juniors) can select a room.
• March 16-18: Residents with over 30 credit hours completed (Sophomores) can select a room.
• March 19-21: First-year residents and any other current residents can select a room.
• March 23: Any residents that are bound to the 2-year live-on requirement and have not selected a room will be auto-assigned to a vacant space.
