About Campus Connections
Campus Connections at Colorado State University Pueblo is a mentoring program grounded in belonging, resilience, and whole-person well-being. The program connects university students with youth from the Pueblo community in a structured, supportive campus environment that fosters meaningful connections and growth.
Developed by our sister university in Fort Collins and part of a nationally implemented university-based mentoring model, Campus Connections at CSU Pueblo reflects the strengths, culture, and needs of Southern Colorado.
Guided by evidence-informed practices and professional supervision, the program emphasizes sustained relationships that build confidence, social-emotional skills, and a sense of belonging for youth, while helping university students develop professional identity and applied experience.
