Web Editor Training

Cascade CMS

Become a Web Editor

Learn. Edit. Publish with Confidence.

CSU Pueblo provides two levels of Cascade CMS access: Basic Editor and Advanced Editor. Editor access is intended for employees whose responsibilities require regular and ongoing maintenance of university department or program webpages.

Getting Started

Basic Editor Training

Basic Editor Training is available for employees whose responsibilities include regularly updating and maintaining their department or program webpages.

The training provides an introduction to CSU Pueblo's content management system, Cascade CMS by Hannon Hill, as well as university web standards and policies. Participants will learn how to edit department and program webpages, work with common page layouts, and use the tools available within CSU Pueblo's Cascade templates.

Basic Editor Training is offered in a self-paced online format. After completing the training, email webdev@csupueblo.edu and include the department or program webpages you need access to. The Web Support & Development team will review your training completion and editing needs, grant the appropriate access, and send you a confirmation email.
